SeaJems are the creative
vision of Dana Grad. Dana has been wearing jeweled flip flops since 1999.
People were constantly asking her where she purchased her flip flops. This
prompted Dana to begin selling these flip flops in her retail shop located in
Corona Del Mar California. What began with a few pairs of flip flops placed in
baskets around the shop, quickly grew into a full wall display of several
vendor's embellished flip flops. The flip flops literally flew out of the
store.
After fifteen years in business Dana closed her shop to pursue her
dream of designing her own line of flip flops. This dream began one day while
Dana was walking her dogs. Dana had a vision of Starfish, Seahorses and all
sorts of sea inspired designs dancing right before of her eyes. Dana
began her search. Did these sea inspired flip flops exist? No, they did
not! In July of 2009, Dana set out to discover how to have her vision
manufactured. SeaJems are now here to adorn your feet.
We are very
proud of our quality product and our unique designs. We use only genuine Czech
Crystals in all of our creations. Our flip flops are embellished by hand in the
heart of sunny Southern California.
